Using Simultaneous Write Mode it should be possible to avoid inheritance of SWM settings from a previous storage pool

Ability to avoid (disable) that Simultaneous Write Mode (SWM), aka. Autocopy Mode (ACM), is inherited to the next pool from the previous pool when the server during a client store is switching to the next pool in the storage hierarchy.

Need to backup very large EPIC DB files in less than 24 hours

Currently it takes over 36 hours to backup a 60TB file. Need a way to break up large files and mult-stream the segments to reduce the overall time to backup the EPIC database. Need it significantly below 24 hours.

Improve session management in TSM to prevent ANR8216W messages

Currently, message ANR8216W is issued when TSM deliberately destroys sessions that it is not using. This is leading to many messages on the error log that are clouding real issues. Customer would like this message to be removed if TSM deliberately...
