Improve session management in TSM to prevent ANR8216W messages

Currently, message ANR8216W is issued when TSM deliberately destroys sessions that it is not using. This is leading to many messages on the error log that are clouding real issues. Customer would like this message to be removed if TSM deliberately destroys the sessions to remove the 'fog' of messages.

    The new TSM Operations Center - much improved new user interface - that will be released in 2q 2013 will significantly improve the messaging and alerting, make it much easy to consume and filter. You can preview the new TSM Operations Center here:
