We want to send some alerts to our ticketing system. We've put in a separate idea for that integration. In the meantime, we'd like the ability to provide semi-preformated text to alerts. If we could do that, then we can send alerts to the ticketing system via email and have them routed appropriately,etc.

Our plan for integration with other parts of a workflow is via a REST API we're looking to introduce around 4Q23. You'd be able to get information on the alerts that are raised via the API and then turn that into any format you want to send to another application. Information on that API will be available when we're closer to release.
Once we've introduced the REST API, I don't think we'd consider this request as it has limited use.
