Client Deploy should be able to update TDP clients, or at least skip clients which should not be upgraded w/o TDP updates.

The current client deploy is not TDP aware.  It is up to us to track which of the 8000 clients belong on the same host, and which ones are TDP.

In some cases, seeing the policy domain and node name is enough to figure it out, but not always.

Some TDPs should not have clients upgraded without TDP being upgraded first.  Being able to schedule that for things like SQL, EXC, ORA, etc would be helpful.

This may not be crucial in small environments with only a couple hundred clients, but our eligible list is almost 1800 clients.

    IBM has evaluated the request, and has determined that it can not be implemented at this time. This request may be resubmitted for consideration after 6 months from the date of submission.
