High availability support for vsnap

VSNAP and VADP proxy high availability (clustering ) support. We need to extend the clustering support already available for SPP server to VADP Proxies and Vsnap servers, in combination with HW storage sharing

    This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.

    In addition to Hypervisor HA, it would be beneficial to implement vSNAP failover clustering. This said, part of the requirement is for three copies of the data, so while this would provide HA in physical servers, it would likely be operating on shared disk so wouldn't fulfil the requirement, unless the disk were replicating at the array level to a second array.

    Triple copies of data could be achieved with hypervisor HA maintaining to in-step copies of the data, and vsnap replication for the third. There is also offload/copy to SP/Object. However it's not going to be synchronous so
