Add possibility to choose SPP GUI communication IP when deploying VADP proxy

When having multiple IPs for SPP GUI / VADP proxys, it's not possible to choose the communication IP for the VADP proxys to communicate with the SPP GUI host.
This is only possible by accessing the VADP server itself and running a script "update_vadp.sh". Or the install_vadp.sh for new deployment/update.

It's also not possible to deploy the VADP proxy successfully directly from the GUI as the proxy is not able to get back to the GUI because it's using the wrong communication IP.
===============
We have this setup:

SPP GUI server: 1 IP for accessing the GUI, 1 backup IP for communicating with other components and application servers.

VADPs also have those 2 IPs, one for access via SSH for us and the backup IP to communicate with the GUI and the vSnaps.

-> We need to split backup and access traffic.

The problem is, the SPP GUI is always giving it's access IP when deploying the VADP proxys. So the VADP proxys are not able to get back to the GUI itself.
====

One solution would be the follwing:
When deploying/updating a VADP proxy: Implement a drop down menu where you can choose from all IPs the SPP GUI server has available and this IP is then given to the VADP proxy as communication IP.
