SP Operation Center backup success rate improvement

On the Operation Center, backup success rate is calculated by every node that is registered to the TSM Servers. However, this is not correct approach on every customer environment.

    Hello,

We have more than a 1,000 client in our environment and it is not a great solution to bypass them one-by-one. Is there some automated way to do this?

    Thank you.

This is already available in the current product.

Here is something to assist you:

Set the "At Risk" for the specified nodes.
    - For the proxy nodes, set those as "Bypass" since Spectrum Protect does not expect particular workload or operations on that particular nodes behalf.
    - For those clients managed by an external scheduler, we recommend using the "Policy" which allows you to set a time. For example, if the external scheduler is supposed to back up once per day, you could set the at risk custom policy for this node to be 24 hours (1 day). Spectrum Protect will flag it as "at risk" if it does not see a backup once per day.
