TSM OC should have a job control.

TSM Operation Center needs a panel to control the backup-restores. I am going to put some examples. If a customer is using Control-M or TWS, TSM doesn't know if the backup is good or fail. Like TSM is a Backup/Restore tool. It is also necesary this panel show information about time, data transfer, etc.

How is possible the jobs can not be showed in a central job center or similar ? Each TSM administrator or Operator in their companies has to see for failed backups in a different place. We had have a backup after three days we cancel the session and the scheduler showed complete, and the table Extend show succesfull = yes. If the backup fails because this paremeter is designed in a different way. The TSM Operation Center will not never 100% useful if you can not see if a backup is good or bad.

In addition, when a backup team comes from other tool to TSM. They
don't understand this basic and important feature is not available in
TSM .

Finally this tools could also show the administrative job and if you can launch the backups /restores failed from the tools it would be perfect.

    The majority of this was delivered in 7.1.1., 7.1.2, and 7.1.3. Please open a new RFE if there are outstanding pieces of this requirement.
