TSM LDAP authentication of administrators using SSO

In current TSM versions, when working with LDAP authentication of administrators, after registering a new admin with LDAP authentication (register admin newadmin password auth=ldap), a new user is created in Active Directory under the OU which was specified in LDAPURL. This method is non-SSO.
Working in this way, in some ways, actually contradicts the purpose for which LDAP authentication exists in TSM, which is security, since extra users, hence extra vulnerabilities are created in AD. What I would like to ask for in the RFE is for TSM to work using SSO, meaning giving TSM the base DN (LDAPURL), and have TSM use existing users in AD to login with.

Thank you for submitting the request. This is a recognized requirement and a solution appears to be desirable. This request is not in a committed release plan for this year,
but the theme is aligned with our multi-year strategy, and will be a candidate for our future release. IBM’s plans may change and no commitment is made that a solution will be provided.
