connect tsm-users to an existing active-directory, not only "complex-passwd-delegation"

in tsm 6.3.4 we can connect the tsm-users to an active-directory. but on the active-directory i need a new full-access-delegated ou. and this new ou is only a workaround to have a complex-password-policy for tsm.
i want to use the existing active-directory-users to manage tsm, in many caeses for delegate control to nodes.
