FlashSystem code and drive firmware upgrade

Join the code and firmware upgrade in one process with an option to complete the drive post of prior to the code upgrade is a good idea even where there are nothing to upgrade. Making the firmware is part of the code upgrade is something make the life of the administrators much easier.
