Create 1 package for drives+cluster code upgrade per client request as they have noted in other vendors. Merged

This might have come before from other clients , but this client asked why IBM does not create 1 package for drives+cluster code upgrade - all-in-1 , so it's easier to do upgrades -- just like other vendors does ( they did not mention names of other vendors ) - All this was communicated during WebEx call

Note: <deleted customer name> team currently handles this clients drives + cluster code upgrades.
