Storwize should automatically mark errors repaired

SVC, Storwize: When hardware fails and is replaced on Storwize, the system should recognize the replacement and mark the error as fixed automatically. This is performed by a CE on the Enterprise supported systems. But on customer managed systems the CE who performs the replacement does not log into the system.

Current workaround: After the CE has perform the action to correct the issue. It is necessary to log on to the system, go to events and manually mark item as fixed to same the system from continually sending error messages.
It would be required for the system to aware of the performed repair actions. It is obvious that system recognizes the errors/failures and calls home. It will continue to send messages of the failure even after the repair is completed. If it is scanning to know a problem exists, it should also know a problem is resolved. To close, the user could get an email that states the event was repaired and cleared.
