support for exporting vdisk to external USB device

Size of external storage media (be it SSD, NVMe, simple USB stick, harddrive, ...) increases fast, so does speed.

To have the possibility to export single or multiple vdisks onto such an external drive would open many possibilities in our environment:

*) migrate vdisks from one (far away, lights out, not connected) datacenter to another one

*) performing some kind of offline backups

*) migrate customers into our environment

*) DR tests in air gapped or offsite environments

*) many more use cases I'm currently not thinking about

External storage must not only be a USB attached device, it could also be a NFS share, (s)ftp Server or even tape library/device.

I know that we would have to deal with things like:

*) vdisk on FlashSystem must not be in use during copy

*) consistency

But I would leave this up to the customer who uses the function.

Oh, and not to forget: if considered, please also add possibility to import!
