Support ACME Protocol for Automated Certificate Management on FlashSystem and Storage Virtualize (TPI Enabled)

Currently, when Two-Person Integrity (TPI) is enabled on IBM FlashSystem and Storage Virtualize systems, the automated rotation of security certificates via Ansible or other automation tools is restricted or blocked due to the mandatory dual-authorization requirement.

With industry standards and internal security policies shifting toward a mandatory 3-month certificate rotation frequency, managing these updates manually is no longer operationally feasible or scalable. Relying on manual workflows under strict TPI constraints introduces severe risks of human error, administrative overhead, and potential compliance failures or outages due to expired certificates.

We request that IBM natively integrates ACME (Automated Certificate Management Environment) protocol support into the FlashSystem and Storage Virtualize operating environments.

This implementation should seamlessly integrate with existing automation frameworks while respecting security boundaries, allowing systems to securely and automatically request, validate, and renew certificates (e.g., via integration with internal or external CAs like Let's Encrypt or HashiCorp Vault) without breaking TPI compliance or requiring disruptive manual intervention.
