IP Quorum for PBHA Rescan Automatic

IBM L3 told me this:

When the application (IP Quorum) starts, it uses a configuration file that includes the management IPs of both systems but only the service IPs for the system where the app was created. If the app cannot contact the management IPs, it falls back to the configuration file, which means it no longer communicates with nodes from the other system. Once started, the app does not re-discover those nodes.If the application remains running, this issue does not occur, and it continues to connect to all nodes.


So when had an full shutdown of both HA-Members and the IP Quorum is starting first and only get one of the two boxes the HA-State went failed. And only Restart of the IP Quorum will helped. Easier will be to implement a rescan mechanism in the running IP Quorum App. So no matter at starting the Storage-Boxes are online or not until they will the HA State also will be corrected in time.
