introduce "lsvolume" as a successor for "lsvdisk" to better meet today's architectural designs

A few years ago,  additional features such as e.g. Hyperswap have been introduced and required a better differentiation of types of volumes (a.k.a. vdisks). Hence new commands such as "mkvolume" or "lsvolumehostmap", "addvolumecopy" etc. had been introduced to simplify the management and adoption to new features. But "lsvdisk" was still kept as the only list command for volumes a.k.a. vdisks.

As 9.1.x code ushers again new era in feature design by discontinuing fundamental features such as Remote Copy or Hyperswap, meanwhile a whole bunch of legacy fields in the "lsvdisk" command output have become obsolete. That "bloats" the lsvdisk output unnecessarily (and in turn also makes e.g. REST-API calls more expensive than necessary).

What about taking the chance to tidy this up now by also introducing a new "lsvolume" command as a kind of successor for "lsvdisk" and re-design the number of fields that can get populated - mainly orientating at today's partition design concept?
Especially in partition context it would help to focus on fields/attributes that are relevant for the HA context, opposed to information that differs on system level (such as e.g. particular capacity information or system-local id references)
