rmsyslogserver should be sent to remote syslog server

Setting up a remote syslog server to catch notifications from StorV is an important component in any security framework. Likewise it is important to monitor if syslog notifications get unconfigured. As of today, removing the last/only syslog server in StorV remains unnoticed because the rmsyslogserver command will no longer be forwarded.

Instead of immediately disabling syslog forwarding this final command should still be sent and then config gets removed.
