Error/warning on degraded hosts

Currently when a host is in degraded state, the events are not showing any warning or error. Hence there is a chance that these degraded hosts goes unnoticed. So I suggest to have a warning/error to be reported in the events for any host went into degraded state(when one of the WWPN's is in offline).

In 8.6.1 we added a warning when a host is offline. There is also a request (SCSI-I-1322) to disable that alert on specific hosts if they are routinely started and stopped. (ex: backup server)

After some discussion and evaluation, we are not planning to add warnings when a host is degraded (ex: SAN switch or port issue). If this is an issue, we recommend SAN monitoring to help alert and diagnose these issues, in addition to the storage monitoring from FlashSystem and Storage Insights. We may revisit this request in the future.
