Option to disable HSM recalls into snapshots created for a SOBAR backup

This RFE addresses an issue with SOBAR regarding HSM and GPFS snapshots.
In a GPFS SOBAR procedure, GPFS snapshots are used to freeze the file system temporarily for an image backup. They are NOT used to preserve user data.
For this reason and for avoiding the problems listed in the use case description below, it should be possible to disable HSM recalls into snapshots created during a SOBAR backup (e.g. by a new option specified in the mmcrsnapshot command).
