Add the SLES11 SP3 support to the FastBack Client and BMR

Currently, FastBack Client and BMR supports only "SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP2 64-bit", but SP3 have already been released on Oct 2013. So, please support SP3 as soon as possible.
