Allow SLA associations to survive the move of associated guests from one hypervisor to another

possibility to migrate VM's between different vCenter systems. In this case today SPP track this as a new VM, but it is not a new VM it's the same as before.

vSnap needs to be more resilient for out of storage space scenarios

If vSnap storage runs out of space, the underlying zfs filesystem should be resilient enough to stop and restart without inconsistencies once additional storage is added.

Identify individual VM backup sessions during a SLA backup

Once a SLA is running, it would be nice to see in a list which VM's completed the backup successfully, which failed, which are running and which will run, to help monitor and take appropriate actions if needed.
