Expand RR mlti-path beyond IBM oprganic arrays to include 3par

Recent guidance from 3par support is that all hosts attached to 3par should use RR MP. It's believe SVC MP to 3par is more MRU based. SVC uses RR for organic IBM storage such as DS88 and would request similar function for 3par

'rate' as a filtervalue parameter for lsvdisk

Ability to issue 'lsvdisk' command and have a filtervalue of 'rate' to identify those vdisks that have throttling applied. Currently one has to issue 'lsvdisk' command to all vdisks to identify which are being throttled.

request the rmfcmap command sends informational alert similar to the stopfcmap command

The stopfcmap command sends an informational alert when it is sucessful. I would like to see the rmfcmap command behave in the same manner and issue an informational alert

SVC rediscover new/changed mdisk paths non disruptively

Ability to modify paths to mdisks and have svc either dynamically, or via a command, rescan and discover these paths and then rebalance mdisks on all paths. This is to be non disruptive to any on going I/O.

FCM4Unix with SVC - SE Flashcopy and Cloning

It would be nice to have space efficient flashcopies and clones of a source volume on SVC without the current dependencies (SVC flashcopy mapping list is really stringent).
