Only way to verify backed up resources within a namespace is using scripts. Doing this through Fusion UI is going to be a lot better. Specially in larger OCP deployments.

When cases are created it would be beneficial if we could change the case owner from the default based on who is dealing with the issue .

This would prevent unnecessary updates to the default case owner when they may not be interested . When we have a large number of cases to deal with sometime it would be better to just get updates for cases that you are interested in .
