Allow "modify volume capacity" of a volume in a volume group with PBR applied

For the moment, it is not possible to modify (in our case extend) a volume which is in a volume group where a replication policy is applied. This has a huge impact if we simply want to extend a volume (to increase a datastore capaciy for example)....

Some of our customers use Checkmk as their monitoring tool instead of IBM Storage Insights. To ensure compatibility and optimal performance, it would be beneficial to update the current plugin to support the latest IBM Flash System Family.
