Disk Drives/Hardware Components - Allowing RCL to continue, rather than halt to perform repair (fail drive/replacement) before continuing.

This would benefit tremendously as a failure then requires coordination and scheduling to complete, which usually puts us outside our scheduled maintenance window with the potential of not getting another window at that time.
