Mirrored volume Sync column added in Volume view of GUI

Allow the sync value of volume copies to be displayed in the volume view of the Storwize GUI. This information is available from the CLI command (lsvdiskcopy). Requesting to add this visibility from the GUI.

Concurrent upgrades for Spectrum Scale Protocol Nodes

Currently, upgrades to Spectrum Scale are disruptive, documented to be 20 minutes per node. The stated reason is that SMB versions cannot co-exist, however, it is likely that not all upgrades introduce a new version of SMB.
