Enable smnp test trap from SVC

Normally, when configuring snmp traps, there is a possibility to send a test trap. Such functionality does not exist in SVC.

Backup of NSX-T network interfaces in SP for VE

Chane email and LDAP server configuration from IP to hostname

Email and LDAP servers can only be configured by entering their IP address. In case of server lifecycle, connection fails.If hostnames (and aliases) could be configured, this wouldn't be a problem anymore.Applies to all SVC and Storwize products.
