Make the Operations Center Server Activity display user-configurable

Customer would like to see the Operations Center Server Details...Summary tab "Activity over 24 Hours" be more configurable. Specifically, it would be helpful the Activity period could be lengthened and the mouse hover show the actual date and time.

starting SLA dialog not enough information

Backup Session Bandwidth Throttling

I would like to have a TSM backup client option that sets the maximum bandwidth that the session is allowed to use. Would like to have the option available for Windows and Linux clients.
