ANR2034E should be INFO and not ERROR

It's annoying that there's an error logged just because I ran query mount and nothing was mounted (maybe that was a good thing).

This is how it currently looks on one of our servers, 184644 counts of ANR2034E, second place is 938. That's a lot of errors to filter out when looking for an actual error.
