Abort of STGRule ActionType=Copy if no MountPoint is available

Starting a Storage Rule with ActionType COPY and no Tape MountPoints are available the transaction is aborted by the server.

Provide a replication status in the dashboard to verify vSnap replication is in sync/running etc.

A status view is required to identify if vSnap replication is in sync / running / out-of-sync similar to the replication status view in the Operation Center for Spectrum Protect replication.
