cert_distribute.sh should allow customers to input path to dsmcert.kdb file

In the current cert_distribute.sh implementations as level 8.1.21 and 8.1.22 it is not possible to specify the path to the dsmcert.kdb file.
The cert_distribute.sh script has a logic searching for the dsmcert.kdb file (function getWindowsCertKDBPathSchedule() ). Nevertheless, if customer changes the Storage Protect installation path, for example, from "c:\program files\tivoli\tsm\baclient" to "c:\program files\tivoli\baclient", the cert_distribute.sh script will not be able to find the dsmcert.kdb file. Because of this, the created kdb_path.out file is empty and the last cert_renew schedule will fail to add the new certificate to the dsmcert.kdb file.

An easy solution would be to add a new variable to the cert_distribute.ini file allowing customer to specify the path to the dsmcert.kdb file.
