Support reversal of roles of replication servers which have Retention Sets

If you have retention sets on either a source or target replication server, you cannot reverse the roles of the replication servers; that is, you cannot make the source server the target server and vice versa. If you do so, data in retention sets might be damaged or lost.

This makes it practically impossible to failover to a target server in the event of site disaster and use it as a backup target once data is restored to clients. The benefit of being able to backup clients to a target server when the source server is lost is impacted. Considering how many organisations use node replication and also need long-term retention, this is a major flaw.
