TSM4VE vCenterPlugin: Possibility to disable a job

Currently in the vCenter Plugin it is not possible to disable a schedule. The only possibility to "disable" a schedule is to delete the schedule or to set it to a time very very far in future.

Exclude a Linux disk from TSM for VE backup

On Linux virtual machines, exclude disks from TSM/VE backups by their scsi number (e.g. scsi0, scsi1). TSM/VE can query Virtual Center, so it should know everything from that about each virtual machine and its disk(s).
