export node collocation group name

The "collocation group name" field of a node should be exported to the target server when "export node" command is executed on a source server. If the collocation group doesn't exist on the target server it should be created (like e.g. cloptset).

tsm problem

一般场景下，TSM集中备份系统中，有90%的数据是通过TSM API方式备份（如数据库、mail、OS等应用的备份）。但通过API接口传输的备份数据，无法从TSM SERVER上查询到每次备份数据量的汇总信息、传输速率信息等。对此情况，用户使用体验极差，基本从TSM SERVER上无法获取到每次通过API备份的数据量信息，很难评估各应用系统备份数据信息。用户的不良反馈，给TSM备份方案的推广造成了极大不利影响，也给技术服务商造成了巨大的困难。
