devclass with new nocheck parameter

Hi,

I need a library or devclass parameter which will override the necessary volume mount (and the label check) on the server in a storage agent environment. I would be very nice to install a virtual central tsm server without san and storage agents on physic with san access. I think it is enough that the sa check the volume. The advantage for this is that customer can do HA and DR for the tsm server with tools from VMware or MS or ...,
