Db2admin member of local administrators group

Due to security policy the db2admin user should not be member of the local administrators group in Windows. The DB2 service can run as a service but the Spectrum Protect Server needs to be a member of the local admin group.

There is a possibility to program userexit/fileexit to use syslog. But, the nativ support of remote syslog is needed as a standard solution. Send all entries that goes to actlog to remote syslog as a single line.
