TSM backup wildcard * on DOMAIN statement like DOMAIN /dir*

TSM backup compatibility with LTFS EE

Given a multi-tier GPFS cluster that includes LTFS-EE providing archive the backup should only apply to the disk and flash based storage. Once the data has moved to LTFS-EE then the backups should stop for that data.
