Backup of Microsoft Shared volumes seems not to be supported by TSM

Problem title
Attempt to backup Microsoft Shared volumes results in retries for each
file stored on the CSV

Problem description
TSM Backup-Archive Client Version 7, Release 1, Level 1.3, running on
Windows Server 2012 R2 standard having mounted Cluster Shared volumes. It seems from backup log that each and every file that has to be backed-
Page 3 of 124
up is considered as "changed" by TSM client, which then retries the
backup until it reaches it's changingretries limit (4) and then takes
the backup.

As a result, backup lasts hours, and a directory (278,066 files, 30GB)
whose backup started yesterday 7:14 PM is still running ...
Question is : why does TSM client consider each files as "changed" ?
.

No backup possible

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Storage
Product - Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) Family

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Tivoli
    Product family - Storage
Product - Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) Family
