S3 Object Lock / Immutable Retention

Deep Archive should support Amazon S3 Object Lock semantics, including Governance Mode and Compliance Mode, with configurable object retention periods and legal holds.

This is particularly relevant for enterprise archive, regulatory retention, ransomware protection, and compliance use cases.

The current documentation identifies WORM tape media as unsupported, so a clear end-to-end implementation of S3 Object Lock would be valuable, including preservation of the retention semantics when objects are migrated from the S3-facing cache to tape.

The implementation should also clearly document how Object Lock interacts with object deletion, expiration, restore operations, and tape media lifecycle management.

Please confirm whether S3 Object Lock is officially planned for Deep Archive 1.4, including the expected S3 API semantics.
