SPS: Add roll back capability if restore fails

As of today, SPS deletes the File System (FS) and Volume Group (VG) as preparation for the restore. If the restore fails, then the OS (here AIX) is left without the FS.
To continue, customer needs to manually recreate the VG and FS, most likely to a manually restore of Data.
The idea is:
Option 1: Do not remove FS or VG, an export VG should do the job. In case of a restore failure, then the existing FS can be easily mounted back.
Option 2: If it turns out that SPS needs to remove FS & VG, save the meta data of them, and if the restore fails, recreate and mount the FS, even if the FS is then empty.

This request is valid for SPS Db2 and customer application.
