Leverage Storage Scale CNSA shallow copy volumes for Fusion Backup

When using Fusion Backup & Restore to create external backup copies of Storage Scale based PVCs in Openshift (Scale CNSA or Fusion GDP), temporary volumes are created from snapshots and mounted to data movers. These volumes are full copies of the original volumes (being populated by mmxcp under the covers). Thus, the creation of these volumes takes long time and consumes lots of extra space in the storage systems.

With CNSA 2.11, a kind of "thin-provisioned" read-only shallow copy was introduced for backup purpose (see also:  https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/scalecsi/2.11?topic=vs-create-shallow-copy-volume-from-source-snapshot-read-only   ).

Please adapt Fusion B&R to leverage shallow copies instead of full copies for backup purpose, if supported by the detected CNSA version.
