Enable bond1 (25GbE cards) with FDF (Lenovo nodes) to be used with VLANs and VMs

We noticed that currently the 25 GbE cards are mostly used for management/provisioning purposes.

This fact got us thinking if we could use said network cards for a testing/development environment. The fundamental idea would be enabling a Linux network bridge (it could also be an OVS bridge) and keeping management traffic attached on a VLAN interface like in this example:

Current setup:

| --> bond1 (with LLA address for Fusion 2.9 + ipv4 for Fusion 2.10)

    We intend to support adding NICs to both Dell and Lenovo servers in a future release. Phase 1 will be to support up to 2 100 GbE NICs per server (Dell and Lenovo). Phase 2 will be to support up to 3 100 GbE NICs per server.

    When phase 1 is implemented, the 25 GbE NIC will be deleted.

    The extra NICs will be able to be used for either segregating the storage from the pod network, or for setting up physically different networks for VLANd and VMs
