Add SP client command to validate the LANfree path including certificate and password validation

In a SP client LANfree environment it is hard to identify why the LANfree write/ read path is not being used and the SP client is failing over to the Ethernet.
Today it is required to run a SP client trace to track down the issue because there are multiple reasons why the LANfree path failed.
We request to implement a SP client command which is validating the LANfree path including certificate and password exchange.
For example, the new SP client command should display 

  • connection information for accessing Storage Agent (STA) and SP server
  • information if the SP client is allowed to use the LANfree path for read and/or write or if it is forbidden because of SP server setting
  • information which SP client password files are being used
  • information which SP client certificate database is being used
  • information about successful/ unsuccessful connection to the STA and the reason for the failure (if so)
  • information about the reason why the SP client cannot use the LANfree path and why the SP client failed over to the LAN path

The new SP client command should allow to identify LANfree connection issues without running SP client traces.
The new SP client could be named VALIDATE LANFree, for example.
