Spectrum Protect for ERP should support HANA 2.0 SP08

We are currently running SP for ERP 8.1.11, which supports SAP HANA 2.0 up to SP7.
Our customer (and HANA support) wants to install SAP HANA 2.0 SP8, but we heard this is not supported with SP for ERP SAP HANA 8.1.11.

Our SAP colleagues told us, they cannot update to SAP HANA SP8 because there is no support for Spectrum/Storage Protect yet.

SPS08 for SAP HANA 2.0 was released November 20, 2024, which is over a year ago. It would be hard to explain that lack of support from IBM is forcing us to not install SPS08 (or abandoning SP for ERP in favor of other products).
