Administrator management for IBM Spectrum Protect Server certificate expiration Merged

IBM Spectrum Protect currently does not provide proactive Server Messages and Error Codes, that notify an admin when an IBM Spectrum Protect server certificate is about to expire after 10 years of generation (despite software version upgrades). Second, there is no server command to query the query the key store. Third, there is no automation around certificate expiration that would avoid manual handling.

    This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.

    Only thanks to the impacted environment that was mentioned by Zbynek in previous comment, we have figured out on half of our infrastructure that certificates will expire during 2023. We wouldn't know it. Please make sure this will be incorporated inside the tool. Thanks, Matej.
