Ease Certificate Replacement Merged

The use of self-signed certificates is often prohibited by security institutions, so that CA signed certificates must be used, which have a limited period of validity.

Since an ISP installation usually has a longer period of use than the validity of such a certificate, it must be possible to easily and automatically exchange the certificate of an ISP server without having to configure the ISP clients connected to the server (B/A client /ISP for VE / ISP for DB / etc.) manually.

The necessary activities when exchanging a certificate from an ISP server consist of a large number of manual interventions.

If a client is already working with a server certificate, the dsmcert.idx file must first be deleted so that a client can pull the new certificate from the server.

Especially in larger ISP environments, there are unacceptable administrative expenses and service interruptions.

The way to solve this today is to manually roll out the CA certificate on the clients, as long as you renew your server certificate from the same CA the client will continue to work without any actions needed. This is how we solve this in production.

A low hanging fruit would be to just document how to do this, and from there figure out how to make this easier in the client install wizard.
