    This will be fixed in an APAR in an upcoming release.

    If there are no passive databases to back up, then it backs up nothing and sets an error since nothing was backed up. IBM has discussed the idea of changing this to RC=0, but many existing customers preferred the current behavior and it caused more problems than it solved. Please consider adding scripting to detect this situation and set the return code as you prefer.
