Option to suppress unmonitored switches

Switches attached to other monitored switches are displayed in Spectrum Control as unmonitored unless the credentials match the switch that was added. The switch must also be a switch type that Spectrum Control can monitor. Add an option to suppress switches that are connected but will never be monitored. Allow customer to control whether they see them in the list or not. The hide/suppress option might be interesting to consider for other device types as well.

Customer example of switches that can be suppressed are peudo switch FC routers connected to the switches. More of these might exist than actual FC switches being monitored.
