Turn Off Spectrum Virtualize Pop-ups

Spectrum Virtualize GUI shows pop-up messages from the right side of the GUI window. Pop-ups are for remote support, call home, code recommendations and feedback. These pop-ups hide other buttons or functionality and require some type of intervention (click) to remove them from the screen, which is only temporary because the pop-ups come back upon next login, after so many minutes or after going to another screen and coming back (or so it seems). The State of Ohio would like IBM to remove the pop-ups or put them in a more appropriate place (e.g. bottom of the GUI window on Dashboard screen).
